To Our Customers & Friends, 

  On behalf of the Kontos family and the entire Kontos staff, 
  we wish to offer our sincerest condolences and prayers to 
  all those affected by the events of September 11. 

  We also offer praise and recognition to all the rescue 
  workers and volunteers who are giving their time, and
  to those who have given blood in the aftermath. 

  Here in the metropolitan New York and New Jersey area, 
  we are aware of the efforts of our local restaurants, cooks, 
  and chefs who are preparing meals for the countless
  number of workers in lower Manhattan, as well as
  assisting the Red Cross and Salvation Army.
