Instructions

  1. Preheat Kontos Flatbread to make flexible.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet or omelet pan.
  3. Add ham, peppers, and onions and saute.
  4. Add eggs and prepare the omelet.
  5. Place omelet on Kontos Flatbread and fold over.
  6. Garnish with melon, pineapple, or orange.

Prepare the omelete with asparagus and onions for a delicious change of pace.
